Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, friends, family, and previous clients to promote the Rocket brand and assist homebuyers or homeowners in securing real estate financing.

• Represent the Rocket brand at civic and community events to enhance business development and generate leads.

• Create, develop, and maintain a portfolio of business to increase referral volume and revenue.

• Consult with clients and evaluate their financial circumstances to identify suitable loan products.

• Guide and inform clients about the home-buying or refinancing process and mortgage management.

• Assess client financial status and documentation, including credit, employment, income, assets, and property, to ensure qualification for financing.

• Support clients throughout the loan process from application to closing, including addressing any concerns.

• Deliver exceptional client service to referral sources and clients.

• Stay informed about Rocket Mortgage product offerings, qualification criteria, and procedural updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination, with a demonstrated track record of securing referrals and generating lead volume.

• Possession of Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses.

• Strong professional communication, time management, and critical/strategic thinking abilities.

• Results-oriented, able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in self-generated mortgage loan origination (preferred).

• A desire to thrive and grow in an entrepreneurial setting (preferred).
