Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Support clients throughout the loan process, from application to closing, addressing any client concerns that may arise.

• Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, as well as friends, family, and previous clients.

• Consult with clients to assess their financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.

• Review client financial documentation, including credit, employment, income, assets, and property details.

• Foster connections with mortgage referral sources and promote the benefits of partnering with Rocket Mortgage.

• Educate and guide clients on home purchasing, refinancing, and effective mortgage management.

• Build, develop, and sustain a portfolio of business to enhance referral volume and revenue.

• Deliver exceptional client service to both referral sources and clients.

• Stay updated on Rocket Mortgage products, qualification criteria, and any changes in the process.

• Represent the Rocket brand at community and civic events to aid in business development and lead generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Possession of state and federal licenses.

• Demonstrated success in obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.

• Strong professional communication, time management, results-oriented approach, teamwork abilities, and critical/strategic thinking skills.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination is preferred.

• A passion for working and advancing in an entrepreneurial setting is preferred.
