Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Guide clients throughout the loan journey from application to closing, including addressing client concerns.

• Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources and professionals to promote the Rocket brand and assist clients in securing real estate financing.

• Assess clients’ financial circumstances to identify suitable loan products.

• Review credit, employment, income, assets, property, and other documentation to determine financing eligibility.

• Foster mortgage referral sources and highlight the advantages of collaborating with Rocket Mortgage.

• Counsel and inform clients on home-buying, refinancing, and mortgage management.

• Create, grow, and sustain a book of business to enhance referral volume and revenue.

• Deliver exceptional service to both referral sources and clients.

• Keep up-to-date with Rocket Mortgage products, qualifying criteria, and process modifications.

• Represent the Rocket brand at community and civic events to support business growth and lead generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Holding state and federal licenses.

• Demonstrated success in obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.

• Strong professional communication, time management, results-oriented, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking skills.

• Preferred: 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

• A desire to thrive and progress in an entrepreneurial setting.
