Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Guide clients through the entire loan process from application to closing, addressing any concerns they may have.

• Foster and sustain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, as well as friends, family, and previous clients.

• Consult with clients and assess their financial situations to identify suitable loan products.

• Review credit, employment, income, assets, property, and other financial documentation to determine financing eligibility.

• Develop mortgage referral sources and promote the advantages of collaborating with Rocket Mortgage.

• Provide advice and education to clients on home purchasing, refinancing, and mortgage management.

• Establish, cultivate, and maintain a portfolio of business to enhance referral volume and revenue.

• Deliver high-quality service to referral sources and clients.

• Keep up-to-date with product offerings, qualifying criteria, and changes in processes.

• Represent Rocket Mortgage at community and civic events to foster business development and lead generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Possession of state and federal licenses.

• Demonstrated success in obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.

• Strong professional communication, time management, results-oriented, teamwork, and critical/strategic thinking skills.

• Preferred: A minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.
