Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, as well as friends, family, and past clients to promote the Rocket brand and assist homebuyers or homeowners in securing real estate financing.

• Represent the Rocket brand at civic and community events to facilitate business development and enhance lead generation.

• Create, develop, and maintain a portfolio of business to boost referral volume and revenue.

• Consult with clients and evaluate financial situations to identify suitable loan products.

• Guide and inform clients about the home buying or refinancing process and mortgage management.

• Assess client financial status and documentation, including credit, employment, income, assets, and property, to establish financing eligibility.

• Support clients throughout the loan process from application to closing while addressing any concerns.

• Deliver high-quality client service to referral sources and clients alike.

• Remain informed about Rocket Mortgage product offerings, qualification criteria, and procedural changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in mortgage loan origination, with a demonstrated history of acquiring referrals and generating lead volume.

• Possession of Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses.

• Strong professional communication, time management, and critical/strategic thinking abilities.

• Results-oriented, with the capacity to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in self-generated mortgage loan origination (preferred).

• A strong desire to thrive and develop in an entrepreneurial setting (preferred).
