Executive Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, and other professionals, along with friends, family, and previous clients to promote the Rocket brand and drive financing opportunities.

• Represent the Rocket brand at civic and community events to foster business growth and enhance lead generation.

• Create, cultivate, and sustain a portfolio of business to increase referral volume and revenue.

• Consult with clients to assess their financial circumstances and recommend suitable loan products.

• Guide and inform clients on the home-buying and refinancing processes, as well as mortgage management strategies.

• Review credit, employment, income, assets, property, and other documentation to evaluate financing eligibility.

• Support clients throughout the application process to closing and address any concerns that arise.

• Deliver exceptional service to referral sources and clients alike.

• Stay informed about Rocket Mortgage product offerings, qualification criteria, and procedural updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in mortgage loan origination, with a demonstrated history of securing referrals and generating lead volume.

• Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses are required.

• Strong professional communication, time management, and critical/strategic thinking abilities.

• Results-oriented, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in self-generated mortgage loan origination is preferred.

• An eagerness to thrive and expand in an entrepreneurial setting is preferred.
