This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the operational planning and implementation of executive engagement and hospitality initiatives throughout the Americas, which includes executive dinners, curated experiences, and sports hospitality programs.
• Develop and uphold program plans, timelines, workback schedules, attendee management processes, event briefs, and communication strategies.
• Convert program objectives, target demographics, and event formats into precise execution strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and account teams to identify, prioritize, and engage with senior executives at selected accounts.
• Create seller enablement resources, invitations, outreach templates, event specifics, attendee lists, follow-up instructions, and account-specific communications.
• Manage the complete attendee experience from invitations and outreach to registration, event-day communications, and post-event follow-up.
• Take charge of event marketing materials, including email journeys, registration or landing pages, attendee communications, and campaign assets.
• Implement marketing campaigns and workflows that support invitations, registration, attendance, and follow-up efforts.
• Set up tracking, reporting, and measurement systems for executive engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, venues, and partners to ensure the delivery of consistent, on-brand programs.
• Provide on-site event support as necessary.
• Foster cross-functional relationships across Experiential, Sales, Regional Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Analytics, Program Management, and external collaborators.
• Identify potential risks and execution gaps, propose solutions, and escalate broader program decisions as needed.
• Maintain repeatable playbooks, templates, and operational practices.
• Leverage data, feedback, and observations to enhance targeting, communications, follow-up, and program implementation.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, executive programs, hospitality, or a related B2B marketing position.
• Proven experience in managing intricate, detail-oriented projects involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize competing workstreams, and make informed decisions with limited information.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for senior internal stakeholders and external executive audiences.
• Strong project management abilities, encompassing workback plans, deliverables, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
• Robust operational and analytical mindset, utilizing program data, stakeholder feedback, and reporting to enhance execution.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI tools to boost efficiency.
• Preferred: experience with executive engagement programs, C-suite events, customer hospitality, hosted dinners, or premium event experiences.
• Preferred: background in B2B technology, fintech, enterprise marketing, or complex go-to-market environments.
• Preferred: knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, event management, and project management tools such as Salesforce, Splash, Cvent, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Preferred: experience in developing scalable marketing processes, playbooks, templates, or reporting frameworks.
• Preferred: familiarity with event attribution, pipeline workflows, account-based marketing, or strategies for engaging executive audiences.
