This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +7 more countries.
β’ Lead and provide strategic guidance to the Project Management team within a therapeutic or sub-therapeutic domain
β’ Ensure the successful execution, financial performance, and operational delivery of assigned global clinical research initiatives
β’ Drive project planning, performance tracking, and compliance with established timelines, budgets, and quality standards
β’ Review and authorize the strategy, content, and financial estimates of new business proposals while promoting business growth initiatives
β’ Collaborate with senior leadership on business development efforts and strategies for client engagement
β’ Establish, enhance, and sustain effective sponsor relationships, acting as a primary contact for alliance partnerships when designated
β’ Lead project and sponsor evaluations, proactively identifying and addressing issues to uphold high levels of client satisfaction
β’ Manage, mentor, recruit, develop, and assess project management personnel while ensuring achievement of resource utilization targets
β’ Represent Worldwide in capability showcases, bid defenses, and other client-facing engagements
β’ A university or college degree in a life science discipline is preferred, or certification in a related allied health profession, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
β’ At least 12 years of experience in the global clinical pharmaceutical industry, including a minimum of 8 years in clinical project management and personnel management
β’ Proven success in leading and managing staff within a global, matrixed environment
β’ Demonstrated experience in managing global Dementia programs and complex clinical research projects
β’ Strong financial management and analytical abilities, including oversight of budgets and management of project financial performance
β’ Capacity to establish trusted client relationships and negotiate effectively with sponsors and stakeholders
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of the drug development process, clinical research principles, and client requirements
β’ Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
β’ Fluency in the local office language is also necessary
