This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the successful execution of engage2learn projects in collaboration with school district partners.
• Work alongside district leaders to pinpoint priorities concerning student outcomes, leadership development, and systemic enhancements.
• Outline project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in conjunction with internal teams and partner stakeholders.
• Delegate and organize coaches or consultants according to project requirements and expertise.
• Guarantee that projects are carried out faithfully to engagement objectives and organizational standards.
• Act as the primary relationship leader for designated district partnerships.
• Cultivate trust and maintain communication with district leaders throughout the partnership duration.
• Facilitate district leadership meetings to track progress, assess outcomes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Represent engage2learn at partner events, presentations, and district leadership gatherings.
• Set success criteria and measurable outcomes for partnerships.
• Track progress using data, partner input, and implementation metrics.
• Identify district needs, opportunities, and implementation hurdles.
• Ensure partners recognize the value and impact of engage2learn’s initiatives.
• Document outcomes and success stories for future growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Director of Strategic Partnerships on renewals, replacements, and expansion opportunities.
• Discover opportunities within existing partnerships based on impact and district requirements.
• Contribute to discussions and proposals regarding expansion.
• Assist with presentations, interviews, and ongoing partnership growth discussions.
• Work with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of commitments and delivery capabilities.
• Provide partnership insights to aid product development, service design, and strategic initiatives.
• Engage in planning concerning partner success strategies and organizational growth.
• Manage the customer lifecycle from implementation and relationship management through value realization and growth.
• Balance responsibilities across sales and project management in a 40/60 ratio.
• A Master’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Experience as a district or campus leader within K–12 education or equivalent leadership experience is required.
• A minimum of five years of professional experience in education leadership, project management, or program implementation is essential.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience in providing training, coaching, or professional development that positively influences performance outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Capability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with modern productivity tools and collaborative platforms.
• Highly effective communication and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Ability to cultivate and manage internal and external relationships.
• Direct experience in mentoring and leading individuals.
• Expertise in facilitating design and community engagement.
• Proficiency in Google G-Suite and Apple for Education.
• Background check and drug screening are required.
