This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more states.
• Define and implement the long-term vision and strategy for Site Payment Services.
• Assess and refine operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery methods.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to improve operational performance and enhance client value.
• Act as a pivotal leader within Parexel's Site Activation Center of Excellence.
• Anticipate industry developments and changing site needs to guide future service strategy.
• Oversee a global Site Payment Services organization responsible for investigator payment operations, budget establishment, reconciliation, reporting, and site-facing support.
• Set performance metrics and accountability measures to foster operational excellence.
• Ensure timely, accurate, compliant, and efficient delivery of site payment services.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance scalability.
• Spearhead modernization through automation, digital solutions, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at efficiency, quality, and stakeholder experience.
• Partner with Technology teams to modernize systems, processes, and data capabilities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Project Leadership, Commercial, Contracts, Site Activation, and Technology teams.
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Serve as an executive escalation point for intricate operational and stakeholder challenges.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse global leadership team.
• Promote accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Guide teams through organizational growth and transformation initiatives.
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or healthcare services sectors.
• Extensive experience leading global operational teams and managing complex business functions.
• Comprehensive understanding of investigator financial operations and the wider clinical trial ecosystem.
• Proven track record of driving large-scale transformations, process improvements, or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with established stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives across various geographic regions and business functions.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with investigator payment technologies, financial systems, or site-facing operational platforms.
• Proven history of implementing automation, digital transformation, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Advanced degree in business, healthcare, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
