This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic guidance for a prominent asset within the Solid Tumor pipeline.
• Develop global commercial strategies for the initial launch and contribute to the lifecycle management plan.
• Act as the commercial representative on the Global Product Team, advocating for the brand across regions, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Lead the Global Brand Team to ensure effective information exchange and the sharing of best practices.
• Create a unified perspective on brand growth drivers and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as a single commercial representative to the GPT, R&D, Tech Ops, Executive Leadership, and Solid Tumor Franchise Teams.
• Oversee the Annual Brand Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and Long-Range Plan processes.
• Build, motivate, and nurture talent within the global commercial team.
• Shape brand strategies for various indications and incorporate lifecycle management priorities.
• Integrate significant market insights into global launch readiness plans and support local implementation.
• Convert complex clinical evidence into a cohesive global narrative.
• Aggregate competitor insights and formulate competitive response strategies.
• Create and manage a Global Brand Dashboard.
• Lead cross-functional launch readiness efforts and discussions with member markets.
• Maximize value and propose growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regions, and Corporate Communications on stakeholder communications.
• Partner with Tech Ops for supply and demand management.
• Maintain relationships with internal colleagues, external customers, and industry thought leaders.
• Over 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or healthcare-related commercial roles, including at least 5 years in oncology/hematology.
• More than 5 years of experience in Global Marketing/New Product Planning.
• Proven experience in leading brand strategy and new product planning through different stages of the product lifecycle.
• Experience with product launches, either from a Global perspective or a Market-based role.
• Advanced or expert knowledge in solid tumors and highly competitive markets.
• Strong team player capable of integrating input from key stakeholders and facilitating cross-regional and cross-functional alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and lead high-performing matrixed teams.
• Highly adept at engaging, connecting, and influencing at all levels, from senior leadership to local marketing teams.
• Understanding of change management principles, with experience in driving organizational change.
• Strong willingness and capability to work across time zones, geographies, and cultures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sciences, or a related discipline.
