This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic direction for Tacabrutideg and manage global commercial initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of commercial strategy with the Global Product Team, key markets, and executive leadership.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive global commercial strategies that encompass short-, mid-, and long-term objectives.
• Facilitate Global Brand Team meetings along with the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan processes.
• Serve as a unified commercial voice to the Global Product Team, R&D, Tech Ops, and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-regional and cross-functional teams to develop strategies for disease areas across various indications.
• Oversee the execution of global lifecycle strategies in local markets.
• Incorporate insights from major markets into global launch readiness plans.
• Lead the generation of insights regarding brand drivers and evaluate performance for global success sharing.
• Identify data gaps and obstacles to brand adoption, creating strategies for ongoing brand growth.
• Drive value maximization while recommending growth strategies for long-term hematology goals.
• Integrate disease-area and indication requirements into a unified product vision.
• Collaborate with corporate affairs for investor relations communications and messaging.
• Partner with Tech Ops to enhance supply and demand management.
• Maintain relationships with internal colleagues and external customers to identify market opportunities.
• Report to the Vice President, Global Commercial Hematology Franchise Lead.
• Supervise team members.
• 14+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or healthcare-related commercial roles.
• 5+ years of expertise in Global Marketing/New Product Planning.
• Experience in the hematology/oncology field.
• Advanced or expert knowledge in hematology, competitive markets, and/or experience in the pharmaceutical market in China is preferred.
• Proven record of leading brand strategy and new product planning through various lifecycle stages.
• Ability to foster cross-regional and cross-functional alignment.
• Capability to inspire, motivate, and lead high-performing teams.
• Skill in engaging, connecting, and influencing individuals at all levels, from senior leadership to local marketing teams.
• Understanding of change management principles and a track record of driving organizational change.
• Willingness and ability to collaborate across time zones, geographies, and cultures.
• Openness to travel at least 20%, including international travel.
