Executive Director, Analytics Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and advocate for analytical rigor, encompassing statistical standards, validation protocols, and quality assurance practices.

• Define organization-wide frameworks for measurement, performance metrics, and reporting standards.

• Integrate analytics initiatives across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and other areas.

• Institutionalize analytics engineering, featuring reusable data pipelines, automation of analytics, and production-ready analytics solutions.

• Develop scalable capabilities that facilitate quick and effective solution transfer across various use cases.

• Support governance and compliance to ensure that analytical outputs adhere to regulatory and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with the US business to deliver insights and challenge concepts for more intelligent, data-driven decision-making.

• Design systems, standards, and capabilities that promote high-quality, consistent, and scalable analytics throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in data and analytics.

• Proven success in developing scalable systems or frameworks.

• Established track record in setting analytics standards, governance, or platform capabilities.

• Strong cross-functional experience, preferably in Commercial, Medical, or Market Access analytics within life sciences or a regulated industry.

• Familiarity with analytics engineering, business intelligence tools, and data infrastructure concepts.

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Profound understanding of how analytics inform decisions across an organization.

• Ability to create order from ambiguity and enhance impact.

• Capability to balance strategic design with operational execution.

• In-depth knowledge of the data lifecycle, from data ingestion to decision-making impact.
