Executive Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish impactful coaching relationships with a diverse range of leaders from managed service providers.

• Assist clients in pinpointing priorities, challenging assumptions, overcoming obstacles, and translating plans into achievable results.

• Infuse real-world insights from managed services into individualized coaching discussions.

• Educate clients on methodologies they can implement independently.

• Recognize themes and insights for partner-oriented thought leadership in collaboration with the Pax8 Academy Content team.

• Enhance coaching knowledge, including the Entrepreneurial Operating System and other business coaching methodologies.

• Keep precise and timely records of coaching activities, outcomes, and time spent.

• Participate in peer-group facilitation and instructor development initiatives.

• Represent Pax8 at relevant industry events.

• Support business leaders in translating necessary changes into actionable steps and enhance their leadership and operational capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant leadership or management experience within an IT managed service provider (MSP) is essential.

• Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System or another structured business operating model is a plus.

• Practical knowledge of professional services automation platforms utilized by IT providers, such as ConnectWise, Halo, and Kaseya.

• Comprehensive understanding of IT applications, software, and the business processes that contribute to a successful technology organization.

• Capability to build credibility with senior leaders, engage in deep listening, ask insightful questions, and provide straightforward, actionable challenges.

• Demonstrated experience in assisting individuals to convert strategy into priorities, decisions, and measurable actions.

• Confidence in navigating challenging conversations and resolving conflicts constructively.

• Exceptional organizational, presentation, client-service, and written communication skills.

• Ability to envision future opportunities and transform them into actionable strategies.

• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

• Authentic passion for fostering the growth of others.

• Openness to attending relevant industry events.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

• Valid authorization to work in the USA.
