📋 Description

• Act as the executive leader at OCHIN, dedicated to enhancing care delivery through the use of AI and innovation.

• Assess, analyze, and implement innovative solutions aimed at improving healthcare outcomes.

• Set strategic innovation priorities and oversee investments in innovation.

• Oversee OCHIN’s clinical innovation portfolio and promote the adoption of new technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• An MD, DO, PharmD, DNP, or another advanced clinical degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare is required.

• Proven experience in spearheading large-scale healthcare transformation, innovation, digital health, clinical operations, or technology-driven care delivery initiatives.

• Background in evaluating, implementing, and scaling emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, digital health, or innovative care delivery models.

• Experience in shaping organizational strategy and influencing executive decision-making within complex healthcare settings.

• Proven ability to build consensus and drive engagement among a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, clinicians, product leaders, operational leaders, and external partners.
