This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the commercial performance and profitable expansion of a client portfolio valued at approximately $25M, managed by a team of Client Partners and Senior Client Partners.
• Implement structured account planning, pipeline development, and risk management strategies to ensure consistent portfolio growth and surpass Net Dollar Retention goals.
• Provide senior leadership or oversight for intricate pricing, negotiations, renewals, expansions, and multi-year initiatives.
• Formulate growth strategies and responsibilities across the portfolio, ensuring that plans result in quantifiable outcomes.
• Maintain accuracy in portfolio-level forecasting while identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
• Act as the executive sponsor for the portfolio, fostering trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Lead or assist in transformative discussions that influence client strategy, showcase business value, and uncover growth potential.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for strategic, commercial, or delivery-related issues.
• Collaborate with Delivery leadership to ensure financial health, staffing alignment, delivery quality, and positive client outcomes.
• Work together with Sales, Strategy, and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, new offerings, and enhance organizational capabilities.
• Promote cohesion and communication at the portfolio level.
• Mentor, coach, and develop Client Partners and Senior Client Partners.
• Establish commercial rhythms, including pipeline reviews, account planning, forecasting, and performance assessments.
• Create and scale training resources, playbooks, tools, and AI-enabled methodologies.
• Develop an operating structure and provide clarity across a multifaceted portfolio.
• Offer honest feedback that promotes accountability, trust, and team engagement.
• Contribute to enterprise initiatives and leadership-level planning to advance Stitch’s commercial strategy and growth.
• 15+ years of experience in commercial leadership, client strategy, martech consulting, or enterprise account management.
• Proven track record of leading and expanding a large, complex client portfolio—preferably over $20M—with accountability for retention, expansion, profitability, forecasting, and the performance of other client leaders.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, presence, and influence, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex client discussions, manage conflicts, negotiate favorable commercial terms, and build consensus among senior stakeholders.
• Successful history of building, coaching, and holding high-performing client-facing teams accountable for achieving commercial results.
• Strong grasp of financial metrics, deal economics, and effective management of portfolio-level profitability.
• High credibility in martech and customer engagement, capable of linking client strategy, data, technology, delivery, and commercial results.
• Experience in developing and presenting executive-level growth strategies, solution proposals, and business cases that drive client investment and expansion decisions.
• Demonstrated capability to create operational structures, make informed decisions, and mobilize teams amidst ambiguity, competing priorities, organizational changes, and complex client landscapes.
• A hands-on leadership style complemented by the discernment to coach and empower account leaders without assuming their responsibilities.
• A leadership approach that balances frankness and high expectations with respect, self-awareness, and the ability to foster trust across diverse working styles.
• Capacity to operate swiftly, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic and expanding market.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
