Executive Business Partner – Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and nurture the growth of Mercury's Executive Business Partners

• Clearly define expectations, offer constructive feedback, and foster opportunities for advancement

• Develop operational guidelines and best practices for executive assistance

• Assess, test, and implement AI tools and workflows

• Create comprehensive plans for executive support coverage and capacity

• Collaborate with senior leadership to grasp priorities and support requirements

• Identify and enhance systems, processes, tools, and team dynamics for scalability

• Evaluate opportunities for AI to take over manual tasks

• Maintain strong connections within the Executive Business Partner team

• Facilitate the flow of information, best practices, and business insights across various functions

• Provide direct support to one or two executives at Mercury

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and developing Executive Assistants or Executive Business Partners, preferably in a high-growth or fast-paced setting

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools to significantly enhance team efficiency

• Background in collaborating with VP-level and C-suite executives

• Strong perspective on exemplary, AI-driven executive support

• Exceptional people management skills, including setting clear expectations, providing thoughtful feedback, mentoring talent, and adapting management styles

• Excellent judgment with the ability to navigate competing priorities among individual leaders, the team, and the overall organization

• A keen interest in the business and emerging tools

• Ability to transition seamlessly between strategic and hands-on tasks

• Readiness to dive into details when necessary
