This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver high-level personal, administrative, and operational assistance to senior executives.
• Oversee calendars and arrange meetings.
• Draft and revise speeches and presentations.
• Organize travel arrangements.
• Manage projects while executing administrative and managerial responsibilities.
• Attend management-level meetings and document minutes.
• Receive and filter executive communications, including phone calls and emails.
• Independently route and respond to correspondence that does not require executive involvement.
• Prepare expense reports and verify account-code accuracy for payments.
• Coordinate projects that require creativity and independent decision-making.
• Communicate new policies and procedures to the department effectively.
• Gather information using independent judgment.
• May oversee and guide the work of others.
• Serve as a liaison with key internal and external executives.
• Foster relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Manage office supply inventory and provide ad hoc support as needed.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a C-Suite executive is required.
• At least 5 years of experience providing support to high-level leadership, including Directors, Senior Directors, and Vice Presidents as an Executive Assistant is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities, including agility, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Capability to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively and simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various organizational business departments.
• Exceptional skill in managing sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook) is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
