Executive Assistant – Digital Marketing, E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the client’s calendar, including scheduling and daily administrative tasks.

• Monitor priorities, follow-ups, and pending tasks across all three business ventures.

• Manage social media platforms and aid in daily marketing initiatives.

• Respond to incoming leads and inquiries in a timely manner.

• Establish and oversee marketing funnels utilizing GoHighLevel (GHL).

• Collaborate with the current GHL team to communicate priorities, follow up on tasks, and ensure campaign progress.

• Administer Shopify and TikTok Shop accounts, managing product listings, orders, and store modifications.

• Proactively identify priorities, take initiative, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

• Provide comprehensive administrative, marketing, and operational assistance across an AI marketing agency, an e-commerce furniture brand, and a mobile cleaning franchise.

• Collaborate closely with the client and existing teams to foster business growth and maintain focus on key priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the Philippines.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant supporting digital marketing and e-commerce operations.

• Proven experience in administrative support, social media management, e-commerce, and marketing funnel oversight.

• Practical experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Jobber.

• Willingness to work US-aligned hours, with a strong preference for this schedule in the long term.

• Experience in influencer marketing or coordination is a plus.

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must disclose any current ongoing roles or client work.

• This engagement should be reflected on their LinkedIn profile, clearly indicated as “Independent Contractor.”
