This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance SEM campaigns on Google Ads and various other platforms.
• Apply SEO best practices for website content and landing page optimization.
• Assist in the implementation of GEO and AI-driven search optimization strategies.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and create actionable reports.
• Work in conjunction with the content team to develop and produce digital marketing materials for websites, paid advertisements, and social media channels.
• Manage logistics, asset creation, and post-event analysis for webinars and major conferences.
• Aid in the planning, scheduling, and execution of WES's podcast series.
• Partner with internal teams on e-commerce transformation initiatives.
• Review and assist in fixing Google Tags within Google Tag Manager.
• Implement, schedule, and oversee email marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to WES's evolving digital marketing strategy across SEM, SEO, GEO, and AI searchability projects.
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a marketing specialist or in a comparable role.
• Demonstrated experience in SEO.
• Strong knowledge of SEM, SEO, GEO, and digital analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience data.
• Understanding of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
• Experience in reporting and identifying trends or opportunities for process improvement.
• Project experience showcasing an understanding of digital user experience and technology platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in computer skills.
• Capacity to work in a remote, dynamic environment.
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and circumstances.
• Strategic mindset for driving campaigns, value propositions, and managing multiple projects.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills.
