Executive Assistant – Chief of Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage the calendar and inbox of the Chief of Staff as an integrated system, proactively identifying potential conflicts.

• Oversee travel arrangements.

• Spearhead ad hoc operational projects, which may include market research, vendor assessments, internal process development, and special initiatives.

• Screen and prioritize issues that need the Chief of Staff’s focus, while independently managing other responsibilities.

• Assist with scheduling in a dynamic, multi-site healthcare environment.

• Organize meetings and ensure follow-up on commitments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a senior executive.

• Ideally, experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional organization.

• Background in healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Capability to write clearly and rapidly, transforming rough requests into polished documents.

• Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.

• Openness to taking on an expanding range of responsibilities.
