This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, email, and travel as an integrated system.
• Organize the CEO’s schedule based on priorities and handle incoming information.
• Coordinate complex international travel across Canada, the US, and Australia.
• Monitor commitments and ensure follow-through with the team, partners, and external advisors.
• Keep projects on schedule and identify potential issues early.
• Conduct research, write summaries, and create decision-making presentations.
• Draft and oversee outreach and communication from inception to completion.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for the CEO both internally and externally.
• Assist in managing critical relationships and corporate partnerships.
• Handle sensitive financial, legal, and personal matters with confidentiality.
• Develop efficient systems and leverage AI to enhance organization and effectiveness.
• Support product launches, technology and internal systems, global expansion, partnerships, financing, real estate, strategy, and recruitment initiatives.
• A few years of relevant experience is preferred, with a stronger emphasis on drive, adaptability, and quick learning capabilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
• Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to transition between detailed and strategic tasks.
• Strong judgment and an ability to anticipate needs effectively.
• Responsible ownership of tasks from beginning to end.
• Capacity to identify and escalate issues promptly.
• Ability to manage sensitive financial, legal, and personal information with discretion.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools.
• Familiarity with Gmail, Google Calendar, and Slack.
• Ability to work in a remote, mostly asynchronous environment, with occasional hours beyond the standard schedule.
