This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee and prioritize the Founder's inbox, involving high-level filtering and drafting tasks.
• Manage intricate calendar scheduling involving investors, LPs, advisors, and counterparts.
• Facilitate meetings across various time zones.
• Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and associated logistics.
• Act as a polished, professional external representative of the firm.
• Compose and manage professional communications with high-net-worth individuals, fund partners, advisors, and counterparts.
• Ensure that all communications are clear, precise, professional, and appropriately personable.
• Exercise discretion and sound judgment when dealing with sensitive information and relationships.
• Provide light personal administrative assistance, including managing appointments, reservations, and logistics.
• Balance personal and professional commitments within the Founder's agenda.
• Support operational processes and documentation as trust and context are developed.
• Collaborate with fund administrators, finance teams, and external advisors.
• Assist in organizing LP meetings, events, and related materials.
• Contribute to light project management tasks, including PR coordination and internal workflows.
• Serve as an execution partner to the internal operations lead.
• Anticipate the Founder's requirements, protect their time, uphold communication standards, and ensure that details and commitments are managed without the need for constant oversight.
• Native or near-native fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives, founders, investors, or other high-level professionals.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound business judgment.
• Capability to work effectively amidst ambiguity, changing priorities, and minimal guidance.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Proactive approach with an aptitude for anticipating needs and taking initiative.
• Excellent skills in written and verbal communication.
• Must be aligned with EST and available for core weekday hours.
• Willingness to respond occasionally during off-hours for rare, urgent matters.
• Strong advantage: experience in finance, private equity, venture capital, fintech, or professional services.
• Strong advantage: familiarity with investor relations or LP communications.
• Strong advantage: experience coordinating with external vendors, advisors, or other stakeholders.
