This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver dedicated executive support to various TD executives.
• Oversee calendars for multiple Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and Assistant Vice Presidents while resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Arrange national and international travel and adjust meeting schedules as necessary.
• Manage team expense reports.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including asset management, access management, and supply orders.
• Organize in-office and virtual meetings, town halls, and offsite events.
• Reserve meeting spaces, create agendas, set up technology, proofread PowerPoint presentations, troubleshoot events, and arrange catering.
• Manage leaders’ emails and handle confidential administrative responsibilities.
• Accurately complete reports, invoices, communications, tables, charts, and files.
• Keep the immediate team updated on project statuses and daily activities.
• Provide coverage for colleagues during vacations and temporary absences.
• Train new Executive Assistants and act as a subject matter expert.
• Work independently with leaders while collaborating with Special Assistants and other executives.
• Offer professional, high-quality support and foster a positive work atmosphere.
• High school diploma accompanied by 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility in coordinating processes and information across connected teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Executive Assistants and both internal and external partners.
• Proficiency in performing efficiently in a multitasking environment and meeting deadlines.
• Aptitude for interpreting TD policies and assisting executives in applying standards.
• Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and managing frequent changes.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and an active listening ability.
• Sound judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential information.

• For roles in Quebec, proficiency in a language other than French is required to provide support or interact with employees or colleagues needing services in a language other than French.
