Executive Advisor – Dental

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic business partner for a network of dental practices

• Collaborate with Doctors to define vision, mission, and strategic goals

• Track and assess KPI dashboards (Dental Intel & Overview)

• Perform operational audits and provide guidance on fraud prevention for practices

• Mentor Office Managers on leadership, accountability, and operational excellence

• Develop and enhance internal Best Practice systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in multi-site dental operations

• In-depth knowledge of Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental, and/or Eaglesoft

• Ability to interpret business reports and transform data into actionable insights

• Proficient in financial forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management

• Highly organized and tech-savvy (Google Workspace & Microsoft Office)
