This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Act as an Executive Admissions Representative for the Cross-state enrollment team
• Spend a significant amount of time engaging directly with prospects and students, either in person or via phone
• Handle inquiry calls and deliver accurate information regarding programs, entrance criteria, curricula, and academic standards
• Respond promptly to web inquiries and calls
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and take part in phone-a-thons and dialing campaigns
• Generate unsolicited leads and create new business opportunities
• Follow up with prospects who either do not schedule or attend interviews, as well as those whose interviews do not progress, and with students who drop or cancel
• Schedule and conduct student interviews using approved materials and adhering to company policies
• Clarify program offerings and align college benefits with student needs
• Counsel students on appropriate programs based on their aspirations, qualifications, and goals
• Keep admissions management updated on student motivations and concerns
• Provide regular advice and guidance regarding programs, eligibility criteria, admissions policies, procedures, and necessary documentation
• Act as a liaison between students and the campus, assisting with enrollment forms and applications
• Collaborate with Finance to enhance customer service and ensure the completion of financial aid packaging
• Mentor and guide students about their skills and interests
• Address routine inquiries and escalate more complex issues when required
• Track inquiries and admissions activities
• Complete daily activity reports and maintain precise records
• Ensure that pre-start paperwork is filled out accurately and submitted on time
• Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings while performing other assigned tasks
• Adhere to company policies and standards
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• One (1) year of internal experience as a Senior Admissions Representative or two (2) years of external experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is required
• Proven ability to demonstrate Company Key Behaviors
• Outstanding presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Capability to work assigned or flexible hours necessary to fulfill job responsibilities on a weekly basis
• Must be available to work from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST
