📋 Description

• Deliver fundamental and therapeutic care for clients in intensive care settings.

• Prioritize the wellbeing and quality of life for clients.

• Ensure meticulous documentation to maintain safe and traceable care standards.

• Uphold hygiene protocols consistently.

• Serve as the communication link between clients and their families.

• Engage in team meetings to share knowledge and provide mutual support.

• Successfully completed a 3-year training program as a Pflegefachkraft.

• A strong passion for the nursing field.

• Ideally, have experience in outpatient intensive care or be a motivated career changer with the right attitude.

• Possess empathy and compassion.
