Events & Travel Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the use of trade and customer-oriented events as tools for sales, marketing, and branding.

• Ensure that managed events meet both brand and business goals.

• Execute events within the designated budget.

• Provide convenient and efficient travel services for YCA employees and clients.

• Lead selected tier 1, 2, and 3 trade shows and customer-focused events.

• Report on event performance and deliver actionable insights.

• Manage relationships with vendors.

• Translate category strategies into strategic plans for events.

• Provide corporate travel services.

• Define the ideal customer experience throughout their journey.

• Analyze customer data, behaviors, and feedback to inform marketing strategies.

• Develop visual content that highlights product and brand features.

• Plan, organize, and oversee event-related tasks and resources.

• Source products, services, or outcomes from external suppliers, including managing contracts and buyer/vendor relationships.

• Ensure all project work is accounted for while managing project scope.

• Proven track record in leading event planning initiatives.

• Experience in project management.

• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 30% of the time.

• Experience in budget management.
