Events – Sponsorship Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of sponsor-specific deliverables and guide them to completion utilizing best practices, resources, and vendor collaborations.

• Assess delivery practices and suggest enhancements.

• Create and document best practices for sponsor management.

• Engage with internal and external clients to identify their needs.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors.

• Contribute to the development and upkeep of the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC).

• Collaborate with the Exhibition Manager and vendors to gather ERC content.

• Aid in sourcing, budgeting, and executing marketing promotion deliverables, which include signage, activations, and food & beverage.

• Generate and distribute exhibitor communications, including reminders about deadlines and necessary follow-ups.

• Oversee sponsor-related components of the master event timeline and ensure deadlines are adhered to.

• Handle initial logistics discussions, such as venue and dates, while tracking event-cycle deliverables.

• Manage or take part in weekly calls with sponsors and vendors.

• Review deadlines and provide assistance with questions and issues related to deliverables during the planning phase.

• Provide sponsors with specifications for package deliverables and help guarantee that deadlines are met.

• Coordinate sponsor meeting room and theater session allocations.

• Liaise regarding the requirements and communications of sponsors.

• Address on-site sponsor needs and foster relationships.

• Resolve on-site challenges.

• Ensure that logos, graphics, and video files are provided and properly integrated into event elements.

• Manage or take part in post-event sponsor reporting, which includes post-event emails and measurable event outcomes.
