This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in managing strategic events programs throughout the EMEA region, encompassing third-party, first-party, and executive gatherings.
• Take full responsibility for event logistics from start to finish, including creative tasks, room reservations, catering, promotional items, staff schedules, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with venues, agencies, event planners, hotels, couriers, and other external partners.
• Identify and source agencies, venues, production partners, and suppliers.
• Oversee run-of-show schedules, timelines, contingency plans, invitations, registration processes, attendee communications, and internal promotions.
• Assist with EMEA event mapping, calendar organization, and investment prioritization.
• Work collaboratively with Revenue Marketing, Sales, SDR/BDR, Customer Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering, Partner/Alliance Marketing, and Brand/Creative teams.
• Provide Sales teams with event details and expectations.
• Monitor budgets, raise purchase orders, submit invoices, and maintain budget management tools.
• Lead on-site execution, train staff, conduct orientations, guide temporary staff, and troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Handle post-event administrative tasks, including list uploads, report generation, retrospectives, and preparation of regional playbooks.
• Share updates on lead status and ensure that event ROI is achieved.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B events or experiential marketing, preferably within technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software sectors.
• Proven experience in managing established, repeatable event formats from inception to completion.
• Experience in executing executive-level programs and large-scale conference or trade show activations.
• Familiarity with multi-market EMEA operations and the ability to navigate different time zones and regions.
• Strong program management skills: well-organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of working independently on routine tasks.
• Experience in budget management, vendor relations, and contract oversight across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Confidence in collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, SDR/BDR, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Ability to present event outcomes and ROI using registration, pipeline, and engagement metrics.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40–50%, including evenings and weekends during live events.
• Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with event and marketing technologies such as Asana, Allocadia, Coupa, Jifflenow, Cvent, Salesforce, Sigma, Splash, RainFocus, Claude, and Google Suite is preferred.
• Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
• Understanding of ABM principles and target-account event strategies is preferred.
• Travel approximately 40–50% across EMEA, with potential travel to APAC and AMER regions.
