This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop a comprehensive 6–9 month events plan for EMEA along with a tiering model within the first 30 days.
• Initiate a recurring technical community program in London targeting developers, builders, and customers.
• Create sustainable joint programs in collaboration with cloud, technology, or channel partners.
• Monitor shared partner objectives and pipeline from the very beginning.
• Establish an event-to-sales framework that includes target-account lists, pre-event meeting arrangements, and prompt follow-ups.
• Assemble an event-in-a-box kit that contains signage, promotional items, discussion points, and lead capture tools.
• Empower local sales and partner teams to conduct essential events independently without direct marketing assistance.
• Replace sporadic requests with a structured intake-and-approval process.
• Allocate budget and resources for last-minute partner opportunities.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales and partner leaders as a member of the global Marketing team.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Events & Field Marketing.
• Develop technical communities featuring hands-on content, reputable speakers, real builders, and devoid of sales pitches.
• Design marketing strategies with cloud, technology, or channel partners that encompass shared objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Link events to sales by aligning with target accounts, scheduling pre-event meetings, and ensuring effective follow-up.
• Utilize AI-driven methodologies and create Human+AI workflows for planning, follow-up, and reporting on events.
• Construct repeatable systems including event kits and streamlined intake processes.
• Evaluate opportunities based on clear criteria while aligning sales, partner, and marketing stakeholders.
• Execute events with effective logistics and vendor management.
• Manage lead capture in compliance with GDPR regulations.
• Operate independently as the inaugural marketer in the region, collaborating across time zones with a US-based team.
• Travel frequently across the region, approximately 40–50% of the time.
• Generally possess around 5–8 years of experience in event or field marketing, or equivalent demonstrated experience (preferred, not required).
• Have a background in B2B SaaS, developer-centric, or AI/infrastructure marketing (preferred).
• Experience managing co-marketing initiatives with technical partners (preferred).
• Professional fluency in an additional European language, such as French or German (preferred).
• Engage in an AI-first operating environment with opportunities to utilize and experiment with cutting-edge AI tools.
• Opportunity to create and influence Deepgram’s EMEA field and events playbook.
• Travel throughout the EMEA region, approximately 40–50% of the time.
