Events Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Lead, strategize, and oversee the planning and execution of prominent events and experiences throughout Southeast Asia, ensuring they align with campaign objectives and uphold brand standards.

• Manage the entire event lifecycle: from briefing and budgeting to vendor coordination, logistics, creative development, production, and post-event evaluation.

• Collaborate with B2B, B2C, and Brand teams to ensure programs achieve strategic impact and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and production partners to ensure flawless execution.

• Oversee timelines, deliverables, run-of-show documentation, and action plans for multiple concurrent events.

• Support large-scale initiatives by driving critical workstreams such as content creation, AV production, audience management, and technical logistics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in event management, either in-house or at an agency.

• Demonstrable success in planning and executing a variety of event formats (campaigns, activations, internal summits, client programs, etc.).

• Outstanding project management abilities – detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and team collaboration capabilities, with excellent communication skills.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and creative partners.

• Regional or international event experience is preferred, along with a willingness to travel throughout Southeast Asia.

• Native Thai speaker with business-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Must be eligible to work legally in Thailand; work visa sponsorship is not available.
