Events Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Lead, strategize, execute, and oversee high-profile events and experiences throughout Southeast Asia.

• Ensure that events align with campaign objectives and adhere to brand standards.

• Manage the entire event lifecycle, encompassing briefing, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, creative development, production, and post-event evaluations.

• Collaborate with B2B, B2C, and Brand teams to achieve strategic impact and measurable outcomes.

• Establish and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and production partners.

• Oversee timelines, deliverables, run-of-show documentation, and action plans for multiple simultaneous events.

• Provide support for large-scale initiatives through content creation, AV production, audience management, and technical logistics.

• Assist in the planning and execution of public activations, thought leadership forums, internal engagements, and partner showcases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in event management, either within an in-house team or at an agency.

• Demonstrated success in planning and executing a variety of event formats, including campaigns, activations, internal summits, and client programs.

• Exceptional project management abilities – detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple timelines and priorities efficiently.

• Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration skills, complemented by excellent communication abilities.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and creative partners.

• Regional or international event experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel throughout Southeast Asia is essential.

• Native Indonesian speaker with business-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the country of employment; work visa sponsorship is not available.
