This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Oversee and implement webinars and tradeshows, which includes scheduling, setting up registration, configuring platforms, and managing events.
• Handle event logistics, prepare customer speakers, communicate with stakeholders, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Create and execute workflows for promoting events, nurturing registrations, following up with communications, and tracking the pipeline.
• Partner with the Marketing team to assess event performance, monitor engagement levels, and report on the impact on the pipeline.
• Incorporate AI-driven workflows to enhance scheduling, attendee communication, and analysis of post-event data.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on event setups, platform capabilities, and communications.
• Manage post-event follow-up communications, analyze performance, and document execution processes.
• Keep records of event workflows, process enhancements, and outcomes.
• 1–3 years of experience in coordinating online events, marketing events, or digital marketing operations.
• Practical experience in managing webinars, virtual summits, or other similar digital events.
• Strong attention to detail and the capability to handle multiple events concurrently.
• Experience in engaging with customer speakers and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce), and virtual event platforms (including Zoom Webinars, Wistia, Cvent).
• Capacity to utilize AI tools and workflows to enhance event efficiency and reporting.
• Proficiency in measuring event performance and reporting its contribution to the pipeline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Accountable for maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information assets.
• Responsible for ensuring the privacy of employee and customer data and completing the necessary privacy training.
