Event Project Manager – Dedicated Pharma Account

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and/or assist with various pharmaceutical events from the initial briefing to the final delivery and closure.

• Manage attendee coordination, logistics, production alignment, and reporting processes.

• Ensure adherence to client procedures, healthcare regulations, and approval workflows.

• Serve as a primary contact for client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Oversee timelines, budgets, potential risks, and project documentation.

• Collaborate with Delegate Managers, Travel Specialists, and Production teams.

• Promote continuous improvement by sharing best practices and identifying more efficient work methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in event project management within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sector.

• Comprehensive experience in attendee management and event delivery from start to finish.

• Background in an event agency environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations, along with client processes and compliance standards.

• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• A proactive communication approach and keen attention to detail.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365.

• Significant hands-on experience with Cvent, including website development, attendee management, and budgeting.

• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

• Willingness to travel regularly.
