This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Take ownership of and expand Community Programs.
• Enhance Supabase developer meetups, workshops, and hackathons on a global scale.
• Collaborate with DevRel to synchronize community events with product launches and developer education efforts.
• Organize community meetups around significant industry events and Launch Week.
• Facilitate community programming related to Supabase Select.
• Assist the SupaSquad advocate network through community activations.
• Provide support for Industry Event Activations.
• Enhance Supabase’s visibility at conferences such as AWS re:Invent, KubeCon, Stripe Sessions, Dash, and other events.
• Coordinate developer-centric side events, meetups, and partner activations during major conferences.
• Collaborate with Partnerships on co-hosted events.
• Transform experiments into scalable programs.
• Develop playbooks and frameworks for community and ecosystem initiatives.
• Identify chances to scale successful projects across different regions.
• Standardize event formats and processes as programs expand.
• Work collaboratively with the Events Team.
• Cooperate with the events team on logistics and execution for community programs.
• Assist with promotion and event preparedness alongside Marketing.
• Ensure exceptional attendee experiences and facilitate post-event follow-up.
• 5–7+ years of experience in field marketing, developer marketing, community programs, or partner marketing.
• Background in working with developer communities or technical audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.
• Inquisitive about developer ecosystems and the communities surrounding modern infrastructure.
• Capable of managing multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Willingness to travel for events as required.
• Experience in supporting developer meetups, hackathons, or workshops (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with community-led growth or developer advocacy programs (Nice to Have).
• Experience in running ecosystem or partner-led event programs (Nice to Have).
