Developer Relations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain extensive technical knowledge in agentic AI systems, open models, data science applications, and GPU-accelerated computing.

• Act as a reliable technical advisor, problem solver, and advocate for developers within the CIS ecosystem.

• Work alongside cross-functional partners to promote the adoption of NVIDIA technologies.

• Showcase and integrate the NVIDIA software stack, which includes tools, libraries, SDKs, open models, NIMs, and blueprints, into partner products, platforms, and pipelines.

• Assist partners during onboarding and integration by providing sample code, guides, and demo pipelines.

• Encourage co-innovation of next-generation solutions within CIS.

• Analyze and track the developer ecosystem to pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to inform roadmaps and enhance partner adoption strategies.

• Engage with technical leaders from partner organizations to promote best practices in integrations and address technical issues.

• Monitor adoption rates, identify new workflows, and relay field insights to NVIDIA product teams.

• Represent NVIDIA at industry conferences and developer events.

• Articulate the business and commercial advantages of integrating the NVIDIA platform into the products of software companies.

• Adaptively collaborate with cross-functional, matrixed teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 8+ years of professional experience in the technology sector, particularly in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.

• A minimum of 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience working within the CIS region.

• Demonstrated experience in leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at prominent technology companies.

• Background in product integration involving industry-specific technology platforms or generalized business applications.

• Strong technical expertise in AI/ML, customization of open models, or the development of agentic systems.

• Contributions to product integrations and software libraries are essential.

• Experience in leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivering technical presentations or workshops.

• Ability to structure and execute complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and work collaboratively with internal or external stakeholders across sales, legal, product, or marketing teams.

• Proficient in simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.

• Comprehensive experience in defining, integrating, building, and co-marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners.

• Proficiency in both Russian and English.
