This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.
• Analyze and assess event and hospitality-related documents along with professional work products for quality, precision, relevance, and practical feasibility.
• Evaluate event plans, timelines, briefs, schedules, resource allocation, roles, and execution strategies.
• Review hospitality strategies, procedures, service workflows, staffing considerations, and guest interaction processes.
• Examine venue documentation, event logistics, on-site coordination, capacity, resources, and operational necessities.
• Assess collaboration among teams, vendors, catering, food service, and other event-support functions.
• Evaluate guest services, client interactions, communication effectiveness, service delivery, and adherence to service standards.
• Review budgets, calculations, schedules, tables, spreadsheets, assumptions, and quantitative outputs for accuracy.
• Inspect Word documents and PowerPoint presentations for precision, clarity, organization, readability, and professional quality.
• Identify planning deficiencies, inconsistencies, risks, inefficiencies, calculation errors, missing information, and unrealistic assumptions.
• Evaluate assigned work products against established quality benchmarks and project guidelines.
• Differentiate significant issues from minor editorial concerns.
• Deliver clear, concise, actionable, and consistent written feedback independently.
• A bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• A minimum of 2+ years of pertinent professional experience in event planning, hospitality management, venue management, catering, or a similar service industry.
• Previous roles as an Event Planner, Event Manager, Hospitality Manager, Event Coordinator, Catering Manager, Venue Manager, or comparable profession are preferred.
• Strong comprehension of event planning, hospitality operations, service delivery, and effective coordination.
• Excellent analytical and document-review capabilities.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to adhere to structured guidelines.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Comfortable reviewing a variety of event and hospitality-related work products.
• Capable of working autonomously and providing accurate professional feedback.
• Must reside in the United States, Europe, United Kingdom, or Canada.
• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this position.
• Work must be performed without utilizing confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or other third party.
• Flexible scheduling based on project demands.
