This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership and expand the pipeline of US sponsors, partners, and exhibitors in the fields of longevity, biohacking, health tech, wellness, pharmaceuticals, insurance, and consumer health brands.
• Develop customized partnership packages and commercial proposals while supporting outreach, pitching, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Monitor pipeline progression, revenue relative to targets, and partner satisfaction as part of the Event Director's commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with the Content Lead in London to identify and secure prominent US speakers.
• Provide insights into US market intelligence, trends, and audience preferences to inform programming and content decisions.
• Assist in shaping sessions and content formats tailored for a US longevity audience.
• Work in conjunction with Founders Forum's wider US team and network to facilitate warm introductions.
• Serve as the primary US liaison for the Javits Center, suppliers, contractors, and local vendors.
• Aid in operational planning, exhibitor management, logistics, and production timelines for the US event.
• Oversee onsite execution in New York throughout the event days.
• Identify potential risks, gaps, and US-specific operational needs, including permits, unions, venue regulations, and health and safety or insurance standards.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, local media, and brands to enhance US credibility and outreach.
• Represent The Longevity Show within the US longevity, wellness, and health-tech ecosystem between events.
• Maintain an up-to-date map of relevant US partners, brands, agencies, and exhibitors while tracking market trends and competitor events.
• Over 5 years of experience as a commercial or event leader, preferably within the US market.
• Proven history of securing sponsorships, partnerships, or exhibitor agreements and achieving commercial goals.
• Ability to work autonomously as the sole US team member while reporting to a UK-based Event Director.
• Hands-on operational approach, including developing sponsorship decks and onsite loading dock schedules.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and negotiation with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities.
• Competence in managing multiple partner relationships and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel, including trips to London for planning and team alignment.
• Flexibility around key event dates: London, 16–17 April 2027; New York, 21–22 May 2027.
• Preferred: established network in US longevity, biohacking, health tech, wellness, or consumer health.
• Preferred: experience in launching an event or exhibition within a new market.
• Preferred: genuine interest in longevity, biohacking, and proactive health.
• Preferred: residing in or willing to relocate to New York or the greater New York area.
• Access to the broader Founders Forum Group network of businesses and the tech ecosystem.
