This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.
• Analyze and assess documents and deliverables related to events, hospitality, and the service industry.
• Evaluate materials for their accuracy, quality, completeness, clarity, and practical application.
• Offer structured and impartial feedback grounded in predefined evaluation criteria.
• Detect errors, inconsistencies, gaps, and areas that require enhancement.
• Leverage real-world knowledge of events and hospitality when reviewing professional outputs.
• Examine planning documents, proposals, presentations, operational materials, schedules, and other pertinent work products.
• Compare and evaluate various outputs while ensuring consistency and sound professional judgment.
• Adhere to project-specific guidelines, evaluation frameworks, and quality standards.
• Clearly document observations and provide actionable written feedback.
• Work remotely and autonomously in accordance with agreed project timelines.
• Complete projects with varying scope, duration, and workload depending on business requirements and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in event planning, hospitality management, guest services, event operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent skills in written communication and reading comprehension.
• High attention to detail and capability to work independently.
• Ability to assess professional materials using structured evaluation criteria.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong capabilities in document analysis and review.
• Practical knowledge of event planning, hospitality operations, or service delivery.
• Capacity to identify inconsistencies, quality concerns, and missing information.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to deliver clear, concise, and well-reasoned written feedback.
• Comfort in working with structured evaluation criteria and project guidelines.
• Proficient English communication skills are mandatory.
• Candidates must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, or Canada.
