This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in managing the entire event lifecycle, from the initial business case and approvals to logistics, on-site execution, teardown, post-event reporting, and follow-up.
• Oversee booth setup, venue and vendor requirements, A/V needs, Wi-Fi, lead scanners, shipping, printed materials, signage, promotional items, catering, rentals, and other execution details.
• Develop and maintain project plans, task lists, timelines, and stakeholder updates within Asana.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing Operations, Brand, Supply, Partnerships, and Growth teams to transform event objectives into actionable execution plans.
• Assist with Salesforce campaign setup, attendee and lead-list uploads, routing, data hygiene, enrichment, and workflows before and after events.
• Facilitate pre-event outreach and capture leads, opportunities, feedback, and follow-up actions following events.
• Aid in event reporting, feedback collection, and evaluation of ROI.
• Travel to key Tier 1 and Tier 2 events, providing hands-on assistance with setup, breakdown, attendee flow, and booth readiness.
• Maintain organization across a busy calendar, which may involve 5–7 events in a single week.
• At least 3 years of experience in event marketing, event operations, field/event coordination, or a comparable role with significant responsibility for logistics.
• An understanding of events as a demand-generation channel, with the ability to link execution to lead follow-up, pipeline, ROI, and business outcomes.
• Practical experience in coordinating vendors and materials, as well as booth setup and teardown.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events or complex projects simultaneously within a deadline-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM, covering event campaigns, lead/attendee lists, routing, data hygiene, and follow-up workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Asana and the capability to create clear, scalable project plans and workflows.
• Experience in vendor coordination, sourcing and scheduling deliverables, budget/expense tracking, and managing event materials, promotional items, print, and fulfillment.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and ensure alignment among cross-functional partners.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting where priorities can change rapidly and event requests may arise unexpectedly.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% for key events.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as necessary.
• B2B trade show, conference, sponsorship, or exhibitor experience is advantageous.
• Experience in supporting sales-driven, growth, or demand-generation events is a plus.
• Familiarity with gifting or fulfillment platforms such as Sendoso, Reachdesk, or similar is beneficial.
• Experience in coordinating promotional items and print production is a plus.
• Background in the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
