📋 Description

• Become a part of a dynamic Document Production Centre, assisting fee earners throughout the firm by providing precise, high-quality document production services in a fast-paced legal setting.

• Create, modify, and format intricate legal documents, correspondence, and reports.

• Review and quality-check documents to guarantee accuracy and uniformity.

• Generate and update electronic bundles and bibles.

• Handle competing priorities and adhere to strict deadlines.

• Collaborate closely with fee earners to offer a professional and efficient service.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the Document Production Centre.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in document production.

• Typing speed of 60+ words per minute.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Experience in formatting complex legal documents.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional proofreading abilities.

• Effective communication and organizational skills.

• Capability to maintain composure under pressure and meet deadlines.
