📋 Description

• Create and implement focused AI literacy training for a major government agency, covering generative AI basics, safe practices, and mission-specific workflows.

• Develop Agentic AI learning modules, demonstrations, and real-world use cases specifically designed for healthcare, benefits administration, and services for veterans.

• Collaborate closely with government partners to align training objectives, assess progress, and influence adoption priorities.

• Establish evaluation frameworks to assess training effectiveness and ensure that learning translates into enhanced capabilities.

• Perform qualitative and quantitative evaluations through surveys, interviews, behavioral data, and usage trends.

• Track AI training adoption, pinpoint user challenges, and improve materials for better clarity and usability.

• Share insights through reports, dashboards, and recommendations that strengthen AI readiness.

• Examine performance metrics to confirm that the curriculum, tools, and demonstrations effectively foster skill development.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree.

• 5+ years of experience in program evaluation, training development, or technology adoption.

• Proven experience in designing learning programs or enablement strategies for emerging technologies.

• Strong analytical skills in both qualitative and quantitative assessment.

• Experience collaborating with government stakeholders.

• Ability to simplify complex AI concepts into accessible, mission-specific guidance.

• Public Trust clearance level.

• Work authorization in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
