This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +32 more states.
• Take ownership and lead a portfolio of intricate Inpatient Flow implementations from initiation through to go-live and transition to Customer Success.
• Create, sustain, and execute comprehensive implementation plans detailing milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resources, decisions, and timelines.
• Oversee implementations that span multiple workflows and hospitals across a healthcare system.
• Conduct customer and internal implementation meetings, establish action items and responsible parties, and ensure accountability.
• Manage discovery, technical implementation, workflow design, training, testing, readiness, and go-live activities.
• Maintain implementation momentum by following up on deliverables, addressing blockers, and driving decision-making.
• Ensure consistent adherence to implementation standards while upholding a high standard for customer experience and delivery excellence.
• Organize and participate in onsite meetings and activities.
• Evaluate implementation health and identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and decisions that may impact delivery.
• Develop and implement mitigation plans and manage escalations until resolution.
• Handle changes to implementation scope and timelines while communicating their impacts.
• Keep documentation updated for decisions, risks, action items, dependencies, and customer commitments.
• Provide stakeholders with insights into implementation status, risks, achievements, and forthcoming steps.
• Foster relationships with customer project leaders, executives, clinical leaders, operational stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Facilitate customer governance and implementation meetings.
• Collaborate with Clinical Workflow Implementation Managers on workflow transformation, change management, training, and adoption.
• Coordinate efforts across Product Implementation, Data Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and other teams.
• Ensure a thorough handoff to Customer Success, including outcomes, open items, commitments, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Utilize implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Enhance implementation processes, templates, tools, and documentation based on acquired insights.
• Share implementation knowledge and best practices with the wider team.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of related experience) in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Over 5 years of practical project or program management experience leading complex healthcare implementations.
• Experience in managing implementations throughout the entire lifecycle, from kickoff and discovery to testing, training, go-live, and transition.
• Proven experience leading system-wide initiatives across multiple hospitals, workstreams, stakeholder groups, or technology solutions.
• Strong foundational knowledge in project management, including planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, issue management, scope management, and stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrated capability to concurrently manage multiple customer implementations and priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Established ability to drive accountability and achieve results across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience collaborating directly with executives, clinical leaders, operational teams, technical teams, and project stakeholders within hospitals or health systems.
• Ability to translate complex implementation details into clear project plans, decisions, risks, and next steps.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Resourceful, results-driven, and comfortable functioning in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time.
• Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
