This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Implement the European alliance strategy and objectives for Snowflake.
• Foster high-level relationships and manage programs with Snowflake.
• Carry out governance activities across the European region.
• Promote disciplined governance and accountability across EY service lines, practices, sectors, accounts, regions, and Snowflake partners.
• Conduct Snowflake business reviews and share insights with European alliance executives.
• Propel local Super Region activation and ensure compliance with Snowflake partner programs.
• Provide comprehensive and precise financial reporting for alliance intelligence.
• Activate new countries and regions with the necessary governance, business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence, and alliance contracts.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and requirements.
• Work in collaboration with enablement and Brand, Marketing, and Communication teams to develop European marketing messaging and materials.
• Carry out local alliance marketing initiatives in partnership with local alliance and BMC executives.
• Share content, insights, and market knowledge with the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network.
• Liaise with Snowflake Global and Region Alliance Leadership, Snowflake counterparts, and EY alliance and account teams.
• Travel as necessary.
• Capacity to manage various activities and provide support across relationship management, governance, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, and operational assistance.
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities and a well-organized approach.
• Knowledge of Snowflake technology and the business advantages of associated Snowflake products and solutions.
• Background in alliance management or business development within a technology or professional services organization.
• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial alliance relationships.
• Strong networking and influence management abilities.
• Proficiency in driving actions to outcomes and achieving results across organizational boundaries.
• Highly credible communicator with outstanding organization and project management skills.
• Established history of delivering alliance sales and revenue growth.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently while keeping stakeholders informed about progress and challenges.
• Comfort with escalating complex issues along with recommendations to leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt approaches when collaborating with individuals of various personalities, cultures, and work styles.
• Availability to work within the European time zone.
