European Alliance Associate Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Implement the strategic objectives and alliance initiatives for Nvidia in Europe.

• Cultivate high-level relationships with Nvidia and oversee program management.

• Activate strategic initiatives, enhance field engagement, and promote actionable outcomes.

• Manage governance activities across the European region.

• Ensure disciplined governance across various service lines, practices, sectors, accounts, regions, and Nvidia partners.

• Conduct Nvidia business reviews and provide valuable insights to the European Nvidia Alliance executives.

• Propel local Super Region activation and adherence to Nvidia partner programs.

• Provide alliance intelligence complemented by precise financial reporting and metrics on Nvidia's impact and influence.

• Initiate operations in new countries and regions with suitable governance, business strategies, executive relationships, operational cadence, and alliance agreements.

• Ensure alignment with internal policies and requirements.

• Partner with enablement and Brand, Marketing, and Communication teams on European marketing strategies and materials.

• Implement local alliance marketing efforts in conjunction with local alliance and BMC executives.

• Share knowledge, content, and market insights with the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network.

• Regularly coordinate with global team members and travel as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Capable of managing relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategies, contract management, financial management, content management, and operational support activities.

• Familiarity with Nvidia technology and an understanding of the business advantages of relevant Nvidia products and solutions.

• Experience in managing alliances or business development within a technology or professional services environment.

• Proven track record of success in establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial alliance relationships.

• Strong skills in networking and influence management.

• Highly credible communicator with exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.

• Demonstrated success in driving alliance sales and revenues.

• Ability to work autonomously while keeping track of progress and challenges.

• Comfortable escalating complex issues with well-considered recommendations to leadership.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to multitask across various projects.

• Adaptable to diverse personalities, cultures, and working styles.
