This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more state.
• Implement the Databricks European alliance strategy and its objectives.
• Foster high-level Databricks relationships and oversee program management.
• Carry out European Geographic Governance Activities.
• Promote disciplined, industrialized governance and accountability across various service lines, practices, sectors, accounts, regions, and Databricks partners.
• Conduct Databricks business reviews and offer insights to European Databricks Alliance executives.
• Propel local Super Region activation and ensure compliance with Databricks partner programs.
• Provide comprehensive and precise financial reporting along with alliance intelligence.
• Activate new countries and regions with suitable governance, business plans, executive relationships, operational cadence, and alliance contracts.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and requirements.
• Collaborate with enablement and Brand, Marketing, and Communication teams on European marketing messaging and materials.
• Work together with local alliance and BMC executives on local Alliance marketing initiatives.
• Share content, knowledge, and market insights with the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network.
• Coordinate and achieve alliance objectives with Databricks Global and Regional Alliance Leadership, Databricks partners, EY's Databricks alliance practice, and account executives.
• Travel as necessary.
• Capability to manage multiple activities while providing enablement across relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, and operational support.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and a highly organized approach.
• Familiarity with Databricks technology and an understanding of the business advantages of related Databricks products and solutions.
• Experience in alliance management or business development within a technology or professional services context.
• Proven success in building and nurturing mutually beneficial alliance relationships.
• Strong networking and influence management abilities.
• Proficiency in driving actions to outcomes and achieving results across organizational boundaries.
• Highly credible communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• A demonstrated history of generating alliance sales and revenues.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
