Estimator / Tenderer, CAD Drafting Support – Electrical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate precise estimates and proposals for various projects.

• Create Material Take-Offs (MTOs) in accordance with project specifications and documentation.

• Draft and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

• Evaluate project documentation and technical specifications for estimating and tender submissions.

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of tender documentation.

• Acquire and integrate the client’s estimating and tendering procedures during the onboarding process.

• Gradually take on greater responsibility for estimating and tendering tasks.

• Offer CAD drafting assistance across multiple projects.

• Decode technical information and project specifications to create precise drawings.

• Support estimating and tendering efforts with clear and detailed technical drawings.

• Utilize electrical or mechanical drafting expertise to meet project needs.

• Adjust to diverse drafting requirements across various technical fields.

• Collaborate effectively as a member of a fully remote team.

• Move towards independent management of daily tasks with minimal oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidate must be based in the Philippines.

• Demonstrated experience in estimating and tendering, preferably involving MTOs and BOQs.

• Familiarity with CAD drafting is essential.

• A background in electrical drafting/technical fields is preferred.

• Candidates with a mechanical background may be considered if they are versatile and adaptable.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with technical and project-related information.

• Capability to comprehend and interpret technical documentation.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

• Proactive mindset towards problem-solving and daily responsibilities.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a remote client.

• Willingness to learn new processes, systems, and software.

• Ability to transition from structured onboarding and direct guidance to independent work.

• Must disclose any ongoing roles or client commitments.
