Estimator – Financial Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming tenders and job sheets from builders, conduct takeoffs, and create comprehensive estimates.

• Utilize SimPro for managing quotes and to maintain and apply pre-builds for labor, materials, and standard job costs.

• Highlight any outstanding questions or clarifications prior to finalizing quotes.

• Estimate projects in high-end residential and commercial sectors.

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and invoicing.

• Assist with light scheduling and respond to inquiries from clients and builders via email.

• Collaborate with the external accountant on broader accounting issues.

• Be accessible by phone during Australian business hours to assist technicians and the team with certificates, quotes, and general inquiries.

• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and minimize repetitive manual tasks through AI tools.

• Contribute ideas and take initiative to evolve responsibilities over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the Philippines.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating and financial support roles.

• Experience with SimPro is essential.

• Critical estimating experience in either residential or commercial construction.

• Familiarity with Ground Plan takeoff software is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Xero is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required.

• A proactive, self-motivated approach is necessary.

• Must have strong availability and responsiveness during Australian business hours.

• Candidates must disclose any ongoing roles or client work.

• This engagement must be reflected on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor.”
