This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Generate comprehensive estimates for tile and related projects.

• Input and manage estimates utilizing QuickBooks.

• Analyze project details, measurements, materials, labor needs, and other pertinent information.

• Accurately compute project costs and pricing.

• Organize and preserve estimating documentation and records.

• Verify estimates for precision and completeness prior to submission for approval.

• Collaborate with the team to clarify project specifications, scope, pricing, or any missing details.

• Modify estimates as project information or requirements evolve.

• Uphold consistent estimating methods and adhere to established company protocols.

• Adhere to deadlines and deliver estimates promptly.

• Support additional administrative or estimating-related tasks as required.

• Take charge of the estimating process and provide accurate, professional estimates with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior professional experience in construction estimating, ideally in tile, flooring, remodeling, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in crafting detailed project estimates.

• Proficient in QuickBooks with experience in its use for estimating or related financial/project functions.

• Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities.

• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to grasp project scope, materials, labor, and related costs.

• Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Reliable, responsive, and capable of meeting set deadlines.

• Experience in tile installation, flooring, construction, remodeling, general contracting, construction estimating, or QuickBooks is highly preferred.
